The company was established in April 2011 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. It has been concentrating on paper processing, coating and the supply of related paper product materials for a long time. Currently, the company has two production bases in Jiaxing and Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. After years of development, it has formed a business system integrating raw material procurement, cutting and rewinding, functional coating, storage and sales services. It can provide corresponding paper solutions according to the product application and processing requirements of different customers.
The company has its own production and storage facilities, with an approximate floor area of 8,000 square meters. To ensure the stable supply of customer orders and shorten the delivery cycle, the company maintains a regular inventory of about 15,000 tons of raw paper, including about 8,000 tons of yellow bull card, approximately 1,500 tons of coated bull card, about 3,000 tons of newsprint, and about 2,500 tons of kraft paper. Through stable raw material reserves and production scheduling, it can meet the continuous supply requirements for both regular and batch orders.
Our Product
The company mainly produces and supplies functional water-based coating paper. It can provide combinations of functions such as waterproofing, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and heat sealing according to different end-user application requirements. Moreover, it can be customized based on customers' demands for base paper, weight, width, and coating performance.
Product Application
The product is mainly applied to paper bags, food packaging paper and other functional paper packaging materials. Different base paper and coating schemes can be selected according to different packaging structures, processing techniques and end-user environments, and different delivery forms such as roll paper are also supported.
Production Equipment
The company is equipped with a relatively complete set of paper processing and logistics equipment, including 2 high-speed imported paper cutting machines (one Yago 1650/1800 and two Yago APEX-52), 6 rewinding machines, with a maximum processing width of approximately 2,400mm; in addition, it is equipped with 2 gripper trucks, 2 forklifts and 3 own transportation vehicles. The equipment can support the requirements of different widths, roll diameters and order specifications for cutting, rewinding and shipping, providing a guarantee for batch order production and stable delivery.
Production Market
The company's products are currently mainly targeted at the Asian market as well as domestic and foreign customers of paper and packaging materials. Currently, the monthly average sales volume in the Asian market is approximately 1,000 tons, and the company's comprehensive annual production capacity is about 20,000 tons. Relying on stable raw material inventory, processing equipment and supply chain system, it can continuously undertake batch and long-term cooperation orders.
