Silicone coated release liner, also known as release paper or non-stick paper, is a functional industrial paper produced by applying a release coating onto virgin wood pulp base paper. The coating system includes silicone release agents, non-silicone release agents, and fluorosilicone release agents. The core function is to provide release and non-stick performance for adhesive materials, ensuring that adhesive products can peel off easily without losing their tack. Base material options include glassine release paper, kraft release paper, CCK release paper, and PE-coated release paper. Release systems include silicone-based, non-silicone, and fluorosilicone types. Release force levels are classified as light, medium, and heavy. The weight range covers 30 to 250 grams.
