PE coated kraft paper is produced using high-strength virgin wood pulp kraft paper as the base substrate, with a water-based functional coating applied to the surface. The base paper is made from long-fiber virgin pulp, delivering excellent tensile strength and burst resistance. This gives the paper natural toughness and good load-bearing capacity for bag making. The coating is water-based and solvent-free, and most grades can be repulped and recycled through standard paper recycling systems-offering an environmentally sound alternative to traditional PE-laminated paper bags. The coating forms a dense barrier that effectively blocks moisture, oil, and liquids, keeping the outer surface clean and dry even when holding hot soups or greasy foods.

After coating, the paper gains improved stiffness and burst strength, which helps finished bags stand upright and hold heavy contents without collapsing. The coated surface is smooth and uniform, allowing for sharp print reproduction of brand logos and detailed graphics. The weight range covers 70 to 350 gsm, enabling selection for different bag types and load requirements-from lightweight takeout bags to heavy-duty square-bottom carry bags and pointed-bottom food bags. The paper runs well on high-speed bag-making equipment and can be formed into various finished products such as shopping bags, food bags, and bakery packaging.

Zhejiang Xinzhongxin Paper Industry Shares Co., Ltd. was established in April 2011 and has long specialized in paper processing, coating, and material supply. The company operates two production bases in Jiaxing and Wenzhou, with approximately 8,000 square meters of factory and warehouse space.To ensure stable supply and fast delivery, the company maintains a raw paper inventory of about 15,000 tons at all times, including roughly 8,000 tons of yellow bull card, 1,500 tons of coated bull card, 3,000 tons of newsprint, and 2,500 tons of kraft paper.

The facility is equipped with two imported high-speed slitting machines, six rewinding machines, with a maximum processing width of approximately 2,400 mm. Additional equipment includes clamp trucks, forklifts, and company-owned transport vehicles, supporting flexible slitting and rewinding for different widths and roll diameters. Monthly production capacity is about 2,000 tons, with an annual capacity of approximately 20,000 tons.

The company supports OEM and ODM services. Product selection guidance is available based on the customer's intended use, base paper type, weight, width, coating function, and subsequent processing needs. The standard minimum order quantity is one container, approximately 25 tons. Paper samples can be provided before mass production for evaluation. Lead time for standard products is typically 1–2 months; custom-made products require 2–3 months. Payment terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment for standard orders, and 50% deposit with 50% balance for custom orders. Products are packed individually in kraft paper with round corner protection, suitable for international sea freight. A 6-month warranty is offered, and after-sales support includes ongoing follow-up on customer usage and processing feedback.
