Heat Resistant Paper for Heat Press

Heat resistant paper for heat press is a specialty packaging paper produced by applying a functional barrier coating onto base papers such as white kraft, kraft board, or cup stock. This product differs from ordinary PE-coated paper and standard coated kraft board by combining multiple functions: heat resistance, oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, grease resistance, and heat-sealing capability. The standard temperature range covers -20°C to 160–180°C, with short-term peak tolerance up to 200°C. The product supports microwave heating and oven baking. The coating forms a dense barrier film providing high oxygen barrier, high moisture barrier, and high grease resistance that slows food oxidation. Selected grades support heat-sealing without additional plastic film. Food-grade versions comply with food contact safety standards and contain no PFOA/PFAS fluorinated compounds.

The core applications focus on heatable food packaging and high-preservation food packaging. In heatable food packaging, the product is used for oven and air fryer paper trays, baking paper boxes, microwave-ready meal trays, frozen baking cartons, and microwave popcorn bags. The product can go directly from frozen storage to oven or microwave heating without deformation or leakage. In high-preservation food packaging, the product is used for bakery bread, pastries, and cookie boxes, as well as fried food, butter, meat product packaging, and some pet food packaging. It provides grease barrier and moisture/oxygen protection to extend shelf life. In heat-sealable container applications, the coated surface supports heat-sealing for paper cups, paper bowls, and stand-up pouches. In cold-chain and heating dual-use scenarios, the product is used for frozen pizza boxes and frozen prepared-food cartons, maintaining structural stability from -20°C storage through high-temperature reheating.
