Fresh food wrapping paper is designed for disposable food service containers such as salad boxes, sandwich boxes, baking trays, and hot-food trays. The paper is made from natural pulp with a water-based coating that provides water resistance, oil resistance, and heat tolerance. The coating forms a dense barrier that prevents soups, oils, and juices from soaking through, keeping the container sturdy and clean. The paper offers good stiffness and die-cutting performance, supporting folding, tray forming, and lidding operations on high-speed automated packaging lines.

Forming & Printing Properties

 

After coating, the paperboard gains improved stiffness and crease resistance, which reduces cracking during die-cutting and folding. Formed containers hold their shape well and stack without collapsing. The smooth coated surface accepts flexographic and offset printing, allowing clear brand graphics and colorful designs to enhance shelf appeal. The weight range covers 250 to 450 gsm, with lighter grades for shallow trays and heavier grades for deep, load-bearing containers. The paper is compatible with automatic tray forming equipment and can be customized for different tray designs.

Zhejiang Xinzhongxin Paper Industry Shares Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and specializes in paper converting and coating. The company has two production sites in Jiaxing and Wenzhou with about 8,000 square meters of factory and warehouse space. A consistent raw paper inventory of approximately 15,000 tons supports uninterrupted production. The facility includes two imported high-speed slitting machines and six rewinding machines, with a maximum working width of 2,400 mm. Monthly production capacity is about 2,000 tons, and annual capacity is approximately 20,000 tons. The equipment handles various widths and roll diameters to meet order specifications.

The company offers OEM and ODM services. Selection guidance is provided based on tray design, load requirements, and printing needs. The standard MOQ is one container (around 25 tons). Pre-production samples are available for customer testing. Standard product lead time is 1–2 months; custom orders take 2–3 months. Payment terms are 30% deposit plus 70% balance for standard items, and 50% plus 50% for custom items. Packaging includes individual kraft paper wrapping with edge protection. A 6-month warranty is offered, with dedicated after-sales support for quality follow-up.
