Heavyweight Kraft Paper

White kraft paper sheets are made primarily from bleached wood pulp. The paper retains the high tensile strength and tear resistance of kraft paper while offering a white, clean, and fine surface. Compared to natural brown kraft paper, the key difference lies in print performance. The white base allows more accurate color reproduction and sharper pattern contrast, particularly suitable for applications requiring brand logos, multi-color graphics, and fine designs. The product is available in natural white and high-brightness white grades, and in machine-glazed and machine-finished surface treatments. The weight range covers 40 to 200 grams. The product is widely used for food packaging bags, shopping carry bags, file envelopes, tags and labels, folding carton lamination, and extrusion coating laminate substrates.

Grades of 40–60 gsm are used for bread and pastry bags, candy liners, and dried fruit bags for lightweight food packaging. They also serve as base paper for extrusion coating, metallizing, and lamination, as well as protective interleaving paper for apparel, hardware, and electronic components. Grades of 70–100 gsm are the most versatile, used for file envelopes, document bags, and office stationery, as well as lightweight food paper bags, takeout bags, bakery window bags, and snack packaging bags. They also serve as base paper for tags and labels with good flexo and offset print performance. Grades of 110–150 gsm are used for carry bags-bubble tea, food service, apparel, and gift bags-supporting color printing and foil stamping without cracking during folding. They are also used for stand-up pouches, flexible packaging face stock, folding carton lamination, gift box liners, and product tags. Grades of 160–200 gsm are heavier and stiffer, used for premium carry bags, gift bags, small paper box face stock, book covers, and heavy-duty industrial packaging.
