Recycled Kraft Paper

Recycled kraft paper is produced using recycled waste paper as raw material, processed through pulping, purification, and sheet forming processes. The product makes full use of waste paper resources and reduces virgin pulp consumption, representing an important practice of circular economy principles in the paper industry. The paper retains basic kraft paper physical properties, but strength is reduced due to fiber shortening from repeated use. The product is suitable for light to medium load packaging applications. The product is primarily available in natural brown. The weight range covers 60 to 180 grams. The product is widely used for express bags, ordinary shopping bags, industrial light packaging, inner liners, interleaving paper, and stationery products, offering a balanced solution between packaging cost control and environmental requirements.

Recycled kraft paper has clear performance differences compared to virgin kraft paper. In terms of physical strength, fibers shorten after multiple recycling cycles, resulting in lower tensile strength, burst resistance, and tear strength compared to virgin pulp kraft paper. It is not suitable for heavy loads or frequent drop impacts. However, it offers significant cost advantages. Raw material costs are much lower than virgin pulp, making it suitable for light-load packaging applications where physical strength requirements are moderate but cost sensitivity is high. In terms of application positioning, it is primarily used for light shopping carry bags, express paper bags, ordinary product outer packaging, industrial light liners and interleaving paper, small hardware wrapping protection, and simple powder and granular material paper bags. In terms of brand aesthetics, it naturally carries a rough texture and uneven fiber patterns that align well with vintage, eco-friendly, and handcrafted brand positioning.
