Large Kraft Paper

Large kraft paper is a specialized kraft paper developed specifically for processing paper carry bags. It is available in natural brown kraft and white kraft, both made primarily from virgin pulp. The core characteristics of this paper are high stiffness, fold resistance, tear resistance, and resistance to cracking during folding. These four properties determine the durability and appearance of finished carry bags. The weight range covers 100 to 180 grams. The paper is specifically compatible with paper cord handle attachment processes and supports flexo printing, offset printing, foil stamping, and lamination. The product is the standard paper for carry bags in food service takeout, retail stores, gift and souvenir packaging, and event applications.

Grades of 100–120 gsm are lightweight carry bags used for food service takeout, bubble tea and coffee shops, light bakery packaging, small retail stores, event promotional bags, and small gift and souvenir bags. These grades are compatible with paper cord handles and offer clear cost advantages. Grades of 130–150 gsm are the market standard, used for apparel stores, streetwear brands, beauty retail shopping bags with brand logo custom printing. They are also used for tea, specialty products, and general holiday gift bags, as well as bookstores, stationery, and café brand bags, and event and conference document bags. These grades offer moderate load capacity with good stiffness, resistance to sagging, and excellent print results. Grades of 160–180 gsm are heavier, high-stiffness bags for premium gift bags, liquor and tobacco gift box matching bags. They hold heavier contents without deformation and are used for premium gift box outer bags, and Mid-Autumn and Dragon Boat Festival gift bags. These grades can support 3–5 kg loads and accommodate lamination, foil stamping, and embossing for a premium feel.
