Bamboo Pulp and Paper

Bamboo pulp and paper is an environmentally friendly packaging paper made from bamboo fibers. Bamboo fibers are medium-length fibers, providing better toughness, higher fold resistance, and superior wet strength compared to ordinary wood pulp paper. The product is available in natural brown (unbleached bamboo pulp color) and bleached white grades. The natural brown grade has a rustic, natural appearance that aligns with eco-conscious brand aesthetics. The bleached grade offers a fine white surface for better color printing. The weight range covers 30 to 120 grams, widely used in food packaging, flexible packaging, paper bags, printing, industrial lamination, and tissue products, representing a key paper-based alternative to plastic packaging.

Grades of 30–45 gsm are lightweight and breathable, suitable for food packaging inner liners, snack food and baking interleaving paper, and dried fruit liners for direct food contact. These grades are also commonly used as base paper for extrusion coating and flexible packaging lamination, as well as industrial liners and interleaving paper. Grades of 50–70 gsm are the most versatile, used for burger wraps, barbecue paper, pastry packaging, bread pillow packs, simple carry bags, instruction booklets, flyers, and eco-friendly brochures. Grades of 80–100 gsm offer good stiffness and fold resistance, suitable for paper carry bags, bubble tea takeout bags, apparel packaging bags, stand-up pouches, flexible packaging face stock, baked goods packaging, tags, labels, and desiccant sachets. Grades of 110–120 gsm offer higher stiffness and tear resistance, used for thicker carry bags, gift paper bags, small paper box face stock, industrial packaging liners, premium food outer packaging, and coated laminate base materials.
