White Kraft Paper Sheets

White kraft paper sheets in the 30–60 gsm range are lightweight kraft papers made from bleached virgin wood pulp. The product is available in machine-glazed and machine-finished types. The paper retains the high strength and good tear resistance of kraft paper while offering a white, smooth surface with superior printability compared to natural brown kraft paper. This weight range emphasizes lightweight construction and cost-effectiveness. Most grades comply with food contact safety standards for direct contact with hot and cold foods. The product is widely compatible with printing, extrusion coating, heat-sealing, slitting, and bag-making processes, serving as a base paper for food inner packaging, lightweight paper bags, laminate substrates, and protective liners.

Grades of 30–40 gsm are ultra-light and used for food interleaving liners, candy and chocolate individual inner wraps, flower wrapping, and lightweight laminate substrates. They conform closely without adding bulk. Grades of 40–50 gsm are used for bread and pastry wraps, sandwich and burger wraps, butter portion papers, and small sachets for nuts and dried goods. These grades are also used as base paper for desiccant and oxygen absorber sachets. The food-grade material allows direct food contact, and the white base provides better visual appeal than ordinary oil paper after brand printing. Grades of 50–60 gsm are used for food service small sachets including sugar packets, salt packets, seasoning sachets, and disposable cutlery wraps. These grades run smoothly on high-speed automatic packaging machinery. They are also used for medical and hygiene applications such as cotton swab wrappers, bandage individual packaging, and pharmaceutical box liners, where cleanliness and dust-free performance are essential. The paper offers uniform fibers and stable tension, compatible with high-speed coating and extrusion lines with good coating adhesion.
